Answers to the questions we are asked most often

It depends on the size of the project, its complexity and the level of finish. As a rule, architectural design for a private house runs between 5% and 8% of total build cost. We give a detailed quote after a free introductory meeting.
A full design process for a private house usually takes three to six months, depending on complexity. Interior design for an existing apartment takes four to eight weeks. Timelines are agreed clearly up front.
Yes. We handle the whole permitting process, including submissions to the planning committees, dealing with objections and following it through until the permit is issued. It is part of the service, not an extra.
Site supervision covers weekly visits, checking the build against the drawings, coordination meetings with contractors, material quality control and regular reporting to you. We make sure what gets built is what was designed.
Of course. We offer a consulting package: a professional meeting, a review of the space, suggested improvements and a detailed summary report. A single hour of advice can save thousands in avoided mistakes.
We work across Israel, with a focus on the centre and the Sharon region. For projects further out we look at each case on its merits, and we are happy to travel for a first meeting.
